What do we do with your complaint?

Mail your complaint or comment stating the voucher number to info@eveline.nl. You will receive a confirmation within 5 working days that we will process your complaint. If the complaint concerns a provider, we will first submit your complaint. We ask the provider to contact you directly about a solution and to keep us informed. If you can not come to an agreement with the aanbieder, or if there is no response in a reasonable period of time, we will of course help you. We treat all complaints relating to our own services directly.
