How far can I fly in 20 minutes, half an hour or an hour?

With every experience you will find a map of the Netherlands. Click on the location to see an indication of how far you can fly. We are not allowed and able to fly everywhere. The actual route is determined in consultation with the instructor.

Can anyone join the experiences?

At the experience of your choice you will find whether there are certain requirements for your physical condition.
We do not recommend participating for people whose condition does not allow flying in a airliner or, for example, driving a car. Depending on the arrangement, pregnant women can participate up to approximately 30 weeks' pregnancy. If you suffer from motion sickness or a weak stomach, please indicate this in advance so that it can be taken into account. When in doubt, always consult beforehand with your doctor.

Can there be passengers alongside the participant?

Check the experience of your choice under Specifications. Here you can find how many people the experience is for. For some experiences there is a small extra price for this. You never fly with strangers.

What does it cost to get a pilot's license?

This varies per person. How many lessons you need depends, among other things, on your insight. How often you fly also matters. Depending on the type of license you need a legal minimum of 30 (LAPL) or 45 hours (PPL). For a PPL, the investment is around € 15,000 and a year of lessons. For the various licenses we offer flight trainings, there you will also find a lot more information.

I have a cool photo / video of my flight, can I share it with you?

Of course, we think that's great! You can share it on our Facebook page.

I want to fly today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Is that possible?

The planning is made a few days in advance for most products. You can reserve skydiving on Texel, Zeeland and Ameland shortly in advance.

Sometimes Last Minutes are available. You can reserve those up to 2 hours in advance

I am slightly above the maximum weight or height, is that allowed?

Look at Specifications of the experience of your choice. It states the maximum weight and the maximum length. The maximum length is partly dependent on your physique. Sometimes you can also fly if you are a few centimeters longer, but we cannot estimate this in advance. You then have the risk that the instructor finds it irresponsible, then you cannot fly. The maximum weight includes clothing and shoes, as you go on the plane. This may not be exceeded.

What is the minimum age of the student?

You can find this under the heading 'specifications' of the flying lesson of your choosing. This is the minimum age for following one lesson. A different (legal) minimum ages apply to obtaining your pilots license. Solo flying during your training is allowed from the age of 16, exams can be taken from 17 years.

Can I book an experience for a group?

Of course you are also very welcome with your friends, family or colleagues! Because there is always some custom work involved for groups, you can request a quotation.

Can the experience also be given in English?

No problem! All colleagues of the providers speak English.

What time is the experience?

When composing your experience you can specify a reservation request for a day and part of a day. You will receive a confirmation by mail with more information and the exact time. When booking a Last Minute or skydiving on Texel, Zeeland or Ameland you immediately choose a time.

Is the experience available on a specific date?

You can see when there is still availability under the experience. There you can also book directly.
An overview of all experiences on a certain day can be found in the schedule.
The availability is shown in different colors: red (full), yellow (almost full), green (available) or gray (on request). You can make a reservation for days that are 'on request'. The planners do their utmost to schedule you for that day.

Do you already have a voucher? Then go to reservation.

Can my partner or friend join the theory lesson?

Of course they can! There are no additional costs for that.

Will my flight, parachute jump or flying lesson take place?

Some experiences depend on weather conditions or other external factors. After booking you have received a confirmation email. It explains how to get more information about the taking place of the experience. The same e-mail also contains the phone number and e-mail address of the location. You can also request this information by entering your voucher number at reservation. For questions about the reservation you can contact them directly. Unfortunately we can not answer questions about schedules.

Can I postpone or cancel the experience?

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the experience. After that, costs may be charged, for example because the provider can not book another participants for that period, or costs have already been made.

How can I get my first flight certificate?

When your voucher is redeemed, you can download this first flight certificate. Go to this page and enter your voucher code. You will see a button "Make first flight certificate". If you don't see the button, your voucher is probably not redeemed yet. This may take a few days after your flight. When it is redeemed you get a mail to write a review.

Can I also receive the gift voucher by post?

Unfortunately not anymore. You can print the voucher and give it away. You may also show the vouchercode on the location. We can send you both our theory booklets about flying in helicopters and airplanes as a gift package. This way you have something tangible to give. More information.

Can I change the voucher later?

Yes this is possible! For example, you can extend the experience or even choose something completely different. Ideal if you find another experience more enjoyable. No costs are charged for this, you only have to pay the difference in price. The voucher is not redeemable for money so you will not get a refund when you choose a cheaper product. You can easily arrange it yourself, enter your voucher number at reservation and choose 'change voucher'.

Can I also pay at the location?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The providers only schedule appointments when prepaid. This is done because of 'no shows'.

Is gliding still available in 2021?

You can check the availability on the pages for glider flying and the gliding day course.

The schedule can change on a daily basis, for example when people cancel their appointment. Please check these links regularly. There is no waiting list or queue you can sign up for. You can however go to our page with Last minutes and accept the notifications if you browse via your mobile phone.

In the schedule you'll find some backup days (in purple). They can only be reserved if you had an appointment in the past and you were called off because of the weather. If the day isn't end up full it will be released for all a week before.

In case your voucher expires out of the season, please contact us via the contactform and provide your voucher code. If you couldn't fly because of Corona, we extend your voucher 90 days after the original expiration date. If the expiration date is still out of the season, we will extend until the end of april, so you can come fly in the next season. You must arrange this before your voucher expires.

You can also exchange your voucher for another experience that is available all year. This can be done on the reservations page.

How far ahead should I make a reservation?

Usually you can go to your experience within a week. It can take a bit longer for the weekends.
Book at least two days in advance due to the planning of the providers.

Some products are seasonal, such as glider flying. In addition, gliding has limited availability. Book these flights well in advance.

An exception to the above are the Last Minutes. These can be booked up to 2 hours before the start.

I made a reservation, but have not heard anything yet

After booking you receive a confirmation by email within a few minutes. Did you not receive the mail? Then your reservation is not sent. Check your reservation by entering your voucher number at reservation. After booking, the planner will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the appointment. For questions about your appointment, contact the planner directly. You have received the contact details by email. You can also request this information by entering your voucher number at reservation. Unfortunately, cannot help you with questions about the planning.
Please do not come to the location until your reservation is confirmed.

What is the minimum age of the participant or passenger?

Take a look at the Specifications section of the experience of your choice, that is what it says.

I can make an appointment for different parts of the day, what is this?

At many of our experiences you can indicate your preference for a part of the day. There are a total of four different options. By 'Morning' we mean between approximately 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. "Early afternoon" is approximately between noon and 3 p.m. "Late afternoon" is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. 'Evening' is after 6 p.m. After booking, the planner will contact you at what time you are expected.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a discount code you need to activate it first. After that, you can complete your order: Activate discount code.

Can I give a voucher with an amount?

When will I receive the theory book by post?

If you selected this with your order, we will ship the gift voucher together with our theory booklet to you by post. This way you have something nice to give as a gift or to get in the mood for your flying lesson yourself. If you order this on weekdays before 4 pm, it will be shipped the same day. Usually you will receive it the next day. The theory booklet is only available in Dutch.

Do I need to make an appointment directly when ordering?

You can make an appointment, but this does not have to be done right away. After ordering you will receive a voucher with which you can easily make an appointment via the website. To do this, enter your voucher number at reservation and choose 'make reservation'.

My voucher number does not work, what now?

Vouchers from always have 11 digits and no letters. Check your voucher via reservation.
Is the voucher not found? Then check whether it is still valid. Unfortunately, when the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used.

When and how do I receive the voucher?

After ordering you will receive a link with which you can download the voucher directly as a PDF file. When you choose to pay on the basis of an invoice, you will receive the voucher after processing your payment. This takes about 2 business days. The following applies to the gift package with our theory booklets: if ordered before 4 pm on weekdays, we ship it the same day. So you usually receive it the next day.

How long is the voucher valid?

Vouchers for a specific experience or flying lesson are valid for 1 year. Vouchers with an amount are valid for 2 years. Due to the Corona crisis, some experiences get a longer validation period. You can find the validity on the product page and on your voucher.

I have a question about a reservation

When making a reservation you received an email with the contact details of the planner. He will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the appointment. For questions about your reservation, contact the planner directly. You have received the contact details by email. You can also request this information by entering your voucher number at reservation. Unfortunately, cannot help you with questions about the planning.
Please do not come to the location until your reservation is confirmed.

Can the voucher be renewed?

All vouchers are valid until 1 year after issue. This period of validity can be extended as long as the voucher is still valid. There are costs involved. You can easily arrange an extension yourself. Enter your voucher number at reservation and choose 'change voucher'. After the expiry date the voucher can no longer be extended.
